PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit card and Pay Pal.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EUROPE: Please understand that you will be responsible for all taxes added at the time of delivery. Each country has different rates and taxes. Please check the tax structure of your government before buying.
SHIPPING
It takes 1 to 3 days to prepare your order.
The items are sent by certified mail and delivered under signature with tracking number. If you are not at home, the postal company will notify you to pick you up at your nearest office.
DELIVERY TIMES
Spain: 1 – 3 working days (FREE Shipping).
European Community: 4 – 10 working days.
United States and rest of Europe: 6 – 12 working days.
Rest of the World: 8 – 15 working days.
International shipments may be delayed by customs control. We are not responsible for delays caused by this reason.
Please be patient, international shipments can be delayed for many reasons.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date please contact us and we will see what we can do.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
According to European regulations you can return items within 15 days of receipt. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item.
Shipping and return costs are not refundable.
Personalized orders are not returned.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you do not receive your package please contact me.
Shipments cannot be claimed until 15 working days after shipment. The postal company has another 15 working days to locate you. You must wait for the resolution of the complaint to take any action. In the unlikely event that the order has been lost we will refund the full amount of your order including shipping costs.
If the package is returned to the store by mistake in the address provided, by not being claimed or by recipient not found must pay shipping costs again to resend your order.
